State Trunk Highway 128 (often called Highway 128, STH 128 or WIS 128) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. It runs in north–south in northwest Wisconsin from near Elmwood to Forest. The number of the highway is derived from the fact that Highway 128 runs approximately 28 miles from the Minnesota-Wisconsin border for much of its route, particularly at Exit 28 of I-94.
